You will not see more than minor differences between Version 2.0 and Version 2.1. Most of the changes are behind-the-scenes, intended to make it easier to add new material to the site. For example, you'll start seeing more series of pages linked together with "forward" and "back" arrows.
--Version 1.0 of the site is no longer available in any form. As far as is known, all the significant material from Version 1 has been transferred --in generally improved form-- to Version 2.0 and beyond.

The cross-reference between Version 1.0 and Version 2.0 has now been removed permanently.
-- A Contributors Only section has been added at the bottom of the Table of Contents. Read more about this section here.
--We tried out a scheme in Version 2.0 where supplementary notes appeared below the Table of Contents in the left column. This didn't work out, so that feature has been discontinued.
--The entries in the Table of Contents at left appear in slightly smaller size, to allow more descriptive (longer) entries.
--The masthead link sitemap has been removed pending a software fix. It isn't clear that anyone uses this function, so the priority is low.
--The Table of Contents entries and section headings for the Pinkhas Hakehillot and the Tennenbaum Memoir (Vysokoye) have been improved.
