Arrangements for this next Minsk Archive Research Project are that the Belarus Research Team (BRT) will research the Minsk Archives for the below listed Surnames or any derivations to those Surnames. All of the Surnames that you would like to have researched and the final payment, must be received by May 15, 2005.

The BRT will make photocopies of what they find on a weekly basis. At the completion of the research, the BRT will create a CD that will be Federal Expressed to the Brest, Belarus Research SIG (BBRS) Coordinators (Names to come). The two BBRS coordinators will forward the CD to each participant.

The cost will be higher than the previous time, because we are now going to have copies of each Metric Record that is found, plus translations of the important information. This is the desire of the BBRS. The cost for each Surname or derivation of that Surname that will be researched will be US $83.00. This cost is for up to twenty-two (22) documents that might be found. Each additional document will be at a cost of US $.55 - any small amount that might be due will be paid at the conclusion of the project.

Larry Schenker will be sending each participants an invoice for US $83.00 for each Surname or derivation of that Surname that they want to have researched. The invoice will be payable with a US Dollar check.

Every participant in this project will be required to supply a notarized copy of the below form. It is hoped that notarized copies are available in Argentina, Canada, Israel and the United Kingdom, just like they are in the United States. If you have any questions about the raised embossed notarized form, please contact
Larry Schenker. Follows is what has to be included in the raised embossed notarized form:
